No diagnosis?

No problem!

Coaching is available to anyone whether they have a medical diagnosis or a self diagnosis.

If you recognize any ADHD, autism or AuDHD traits in yourself but don’t want to go through the screening process, that’s okay! Coaching can still be helpful!

Trust yourself.

For adults who have recently discovered they are neurodivergent and are thinking:

“My entire life suddenly makes sense now.”

“How did no one notice this earlier?

“So I need medication to do the basic things that other people can just do?”

What is coaching?

Coaching and peer mentoring is a collaborative approach to handling the everyday challenges of living with ADHD, autism or AuDHD. It’s a great complement to psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and prescribed medication to treat traits of neurodivergence.

In coaching sessions with me, you’ll benefit from a structure, support and feedback that can help you build life skills and change negative outcomes that are related to the unique way your ADHD, autism or AuDHD operates.
