Neurodiversity coaching
Coaching sessions are for you. Together, we’ll work on what you want, toward the goal you set. You can let your guard down in a confidential, judgement-free, shame-free space where fidgeting is allowed, movement is encouraged and eye contact is never necessary.
1-on-1 sessions
-
For adults who have recently discovered they're ADHD, autistic or AuDHD.
I can support you with:
understanding your newly discovered neurodivergent brain
exploring how you’ve been masking
distinguishing authentic preferences from learned coping strategies
experimenting with unmasking safely
navigating changes in identity & self-understanding
processing anger, grief or sadness about what might have been different with an earlier diagnosis
reconsidering past experiences through a neurodivergent lens
cultivating self-compassion
figuring out your needs and how to communicate them
-
For ADHD, Autistic and AuDHD adults who are recovering from burnout and trying to figure out what comes next.
This could include:
understanding how the neurodiversity contributed to the burnout
identifying sustainable forms of rest and recovery
recognizing capacity, energy and sensory limits
moving away from “pushing through”
exploring what sustainable work might look like
preparing for gradual reintegration into employment
figuring out accommodations and boundaries
developing a personal definition of productivity
learning how to work with your neurodiversity while recovering
identifying lessons from the burnout that will always be important.
This coaching isn’t just about supporting you as you get back to work. It’s also to help you discover how you can return without recreating the conditions that caused the burnout while finding acceptance of your neurodiversity and inviting it to be part of your career going forward.

I have experience with and am comfortable supporting ADHD, Autistic and AuDHD teens and young adults. Topics range from answering questions about social interactions, defining needs and exploring ways to communicate them, and discovering potential pathways for after school.
These sessions often include exchanges with other members of the individuals mental healthcare team, such as psychotherapists and social workers, as well as parents.

As a neurodivergent parent of a neurodivergent kiddo, I am familiar with the feelings of shame and guilt that come from trying to meet your child’s needs in sometimes unconventional ways.
I can support you in finding healthy was for emotional regulation, approaches that help you reclaim some of your energy, exploring resources that could benefit your child and family life.
But most importantly, this is time for you – to reflect, to process, to release, to just be.
Group coaching
Sometimes, more is merrier!
Group coaching sessions allows participants to reflect through exchange. They help us remember that we are not alone. These sessions start with a theme that brings participants together to share their experiences. I lead the sessions with exercises for mindfulness and emotional regulation and questions that spark thoughts and emotions.
Groups are a safe space where whatever shared remains confidential.
My values
Compassion
We are both humans, perfectly imperfect and worthy of being loved and supported exactly as we are in this exact moment.
Trust
Unmasking, making yourself vulnerable and allowing yourself to be supported all require trust. You can trust that I will not judge, I will not shame, and I will not lie.
Collaboration
Solutions aren’t the priority here. Together, we’ll reflect on everyday challenges in creative ways.
Open-mindedness
An open mind allows for new perspectives, new ways of thinking and new definitions.
